End User License Agreement (EULA):

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee” or “End User”) and the Font Foundry (“Licensor”) governing the use of the font software (“Font Software”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, embedding, or using the Font Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

The Font Software is licensed, not sold. This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software strictly in accordance with the license type you have purchased.

Any use of the Font Software beyond the scope of the applicable license, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution, modification, embedding, or resale, is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing by the Licensor.
